Gemporia missing returns
I contacted Gemporia over a week ago concerning 2 packets concerning returns. Usually they are very prompt notifying when returns are received and then stating that the refund has been made. On this occasion time went on , and initially I thought the delay was because they had extended the return period. I have the receipts of posting from the post office, and I to;d them my account number, but had not retained the code for the items, although I described them,and that could be verified from my account.I am very concerned as one item was aGlenn Lehrer ring. I am extremely disappointed by this, since previously I have been very impressed with the goods and service, and love watching the show.
